We can book hiking trips for both double and single occupants. If you come alone, we can attempt to set up double occupancy with another hiker of the same gender, if you'd like. Group rates are available upon request (six or more hikers).

Payment Terms – A $500.00/person deposit is due at time of registration with the balance due by May 1st, 2012. Early registration and payment-by-check discounts will be applied at time of balance payment. Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

  • Prior to May 1st, 2012 - $300.00
  • After April 30th but before June 22nd - 50% of trip cost.
  • After June 21st - 100% of trip cost.
If we are forced to cancel, you will be refunded 100% of the amount that you have paid us to that point but we will not be responsible for any other costs that you have incurred in relation to the trip.

We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy which covers trip cancellation. Some policies offer “cancel for any reason” coverage if the policy is purchased within a short period from the date of your registration.
