Aldo and Elaine.

Level 3 USA Cycling Coaches, Aldo Tiboni and Elaine Formica love to ride bikes. They both ride and have raced, and have a cellar full of old bikes and components. After having the opportunity to ride in Europe and the American West on several occasions, they would return home and appreciate just how great the riding is in Western Massachusetts. Now they want to share this great riding with you!
Aldo and Elaine are aided by a handful of friendly, experienced and fit guides who will make your vacation memorable. Everyone at Ride Noho is passionate about the sport, and it's contagious.

Elaine "on the rivet" at the Black Fly Triathlon in 2012.
|
In July 2012, Elaine, her son-in-law and grandson formed a relay team and raced in the Black fly Tri (International distance) in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire. While their goal was merely to have fun, their collective competitive spirits kicked in resulting in a second place finish in their category. During that same weekend, Elaine raced in the time trial and finished first in her age group. Elaine can add these podium finishes to her 2000 and 2001 Mount Washington Hill Climb efforts in which she placed third and second in her age group respectively. Her personal record on that climb is 1:37:25!
