Elaine's Coaching Philosophy
"Having been intimidated while on my first group ride decades ago, I learned firsthand that there is more to cycling than just turning the pedals. Over time, as my skill level improved, so did my confidence. As a result, my enjoyment for the sport soared. I delight in sharing my knowledge of and passion for cycling with others.
I believe that learning is facilitated by creating a supportive yet structured environment. And, while we are all different and have different goals, we all learn by doing. With that in mind, my one on one coaching sessions provide continual feedback while we are on the road, learning new skills and enhancing existing ones. My goal is to help bring you to the next level, whatever that may be."
Individual sessions are affordable… $100 for a 90 minute session or a 4 session package for $300. You and your coach will agree on a schedule that meets your needs. This is perfect for learning multiple new skills with regular feedback and/or training with a coach on the road.
