Pricing & Terms

We can book stays for both double and single occupants, and for non-riding companions. Pricing for our special event weekends is outlined below, and you will find pricing for our camps and adventures on the pages which detail those events.

If you come alone, we can attempt to set up double occupancy with another rider of the same gender, if you'd like. Group rates are available upon request (six or more riders).

All stays include:

Excellent accommodations
A substantial breakfast and lunch daily

Pricing and Reservations

For our three day Weekends

With accommodations at The Hotel Northampton:

Single Occupancy - $900.00 per person
Double Occupancy - $650.00 per person

With accommodations at the Autumn Inn:

Single Occupancy - $800.00 per person
Double Occupancy - $595.00 per person

With accommodations at the Northampton Quality Inn & Suites (formerly the Best Western Northampton):

Single Occupancy - $705.00 per person
Double Occupancy - $550.00 per person

Rate without accommodations - $390.00
All rates are for riders, rate for Non-riders - $90.00

Pricing outlined above is for attending all three days of each event. If you'd like to attend only Saturday and Sunday of an event, please see pricing on our two day events below.

If you book for a three day event with at least 30 days notice, you'll receive a FREE top quality Ride Noho cycling jersey made by VO Max.

For our two day Weekends

With accommodations at the Autumn Inn:

Single Occupancy - $500.00 per person
Double Occupancy - $380.00 per person

Rate without accommodations - $260.00
All rates are for riders, rate for Non-riders - $60.00

In addition to our scheduled camps and events, we may be able to accommodate guests who would like us to guide them on rides either during an event, i.e. while a companion is attending a camp, or at times when the scheduled is open. Prices for this service can be found by clicking here.

Shuttle service from Bradley International Airport is available upon request.

Terms: $50 non-refundable deposit. 100% due within 14 days of stay. No refund for cancellation within 14 days of the stay unless emergency is documented (death of close relative, illness, accident). If you cancel with 14 days of notice or more, you'll receive a 100% refund of all but your deposit, which is non refundable but may be applicable to another stay.
